The RWJ Method

  • You struggle with emotional eating, feeling out of control and in a cycle of binge-restrict 
  • You feel confused about identifying your hunger & fullness and want to learn to trust your body.
  • You want to work on improving your body image.
  • Decision-making when it comes to food? (Struggle with last-minute changes, food menus, and too many options)
  • Negative self-talk, self-neglect, criticism?
  • Anxiety or inability to engage in social interactions or struggles with communicating with others?

The RWJ Method is designed to work with you to build awareness, acceptance and work with your ADHD traits. Discover how ADHD impacts your mindset towards food, develop an awareness of gentle nutrition to ditch dieting mentality and perfectionism and learn to nourish your body. 

Develop self-awareness, emotional regulation skills to help navigate uncertainty, cope with adversity and reduce the desire for control in food, body and exercise. Taking principles from mindfulness, and intuitive eating to understand the psychological reasons behind your habits and develop new coping skills for lifelong change.

I've worked with hundreds of men and women to find what works for them and feel empowered to eat consistently without binging, and ultimately allowing you to live a life of freedom.
