    These workshops are designed to provide you with knowledge, understanding and resources to help you support yourselves, your clients and the workplace. I create tailor-made workshops to help provide knowledge and resources to break the cycle of rigid thinking, limiting beliefs, disordered eating and stress management. 

    In addition, I help support you to cultivate a compassionate, supportive, and confident environment and learning skills to support your emotional well-being

    You’ll explore the psychological and physical impacts of dieting and how it can lead to disordered eating. You’ll also gain a deeper understanding of why you have had difficulty eating intuitively in the past and learn strategies to overcome barriers that have been preventing you from listening to your body to develop a positive relationship with food.

    There will be many actionable steps and resources along the way to help you understand, uncover and develop an awareness of your internal stories that prevent you from enjoying a healthful lifestyle.
